The Andhra Pradesh High Court, which has heard the arguments on the bail petition of Jaganmohan Reddy, has deferred the next hearing on the bail to Thursday. Today, the court listened to the arguments made by Jagan's counsel, Ram Jetmalani. The CBI is yet to make its arguments. And on Thursday, CBI counsels will make their arguments before the court against the bail petition.
It may be noted that Jaganmohan Reddy is the prime accused in illegal assets case. He is currently in Chanchalguda jail under judicial custody as a special category prisoner.
