The elections to by-polls concluded. The fate of not just a couple of candidates, but the future of YSR Congress in the state has been sealed today. Meanwhile, Jaganmohan Reddy is in Chanchalguda Jail under judicial custody.

His judicial custody ended on June 11 and he was produced before the court. The CBI Court has extended the judicial custody of Jagan till June 25.

Meanwhile, the CBI filed a petition seeking narco analysis test on Jaganmohan Reddy as the accused was not giving satisfactory replies. Jagan's counsel opposed this idea and said it was nothign but Contempt of Court. The counsel of Jagan cited Supreme Court's guidelines on narco analysis test.

The Judge told the counsel of Jaganmohan Reddy to file a counter petition to CBI's petition seeking narco analysis test. The hearing on this was adjourned to June 14.
