C M Ramesh’s floral tributes to NTR

Heralding his triumph of being nominated as the Telugu Desam Party’s nominee for the Rajya Sabha seat, C M Ramesh, today paid floral tributes to the party founder and former Chief Minister NTR. Chintakuntla Munuswamy Ramesh, presently as the vice-president of the party visited the `Samadhi’ of the party founder at the NTR Ghat in Hyderabad, today and paid his tributes to the great leader. The leader hailing from the Velama community which has a miniscule presence in Yerraguntal area of Kadapa district, had high political aspirations, say sources.

And being confidante of the party Chief N Chandrababu Naidu was the best felt the entrepreneur turned politician. In his race to the seat the leader has outsmarted other aspirants of the party like senior leaders Mysoora Reddy, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and Yerrannaidu.Mr Ramesh said that he would stick to the principles laid down by the founder and always visited the NTR ghat, before launching on any new assignment. Sources say that the leader is to file his nomination today. The leader also thanked the party Chief for bestowing faith on him.

Mr Ramesh is Chairman and Managing Director of Rithwik Projects Private Limited. His company website describes Ramesh as `the picture of a cutting edge entrepreneur endowed with exemplary vision, leadership, resource mobilization, and project management skills’. He is currently executing projects worth Rs 8,500 Cr across the country, including the Rs 4,000 Cr Nagarjuna Sagar – Dummugudem project. He is said to have two helipads at his residence at Yerraguntla. He is building a huge house beside the residence of Chandrababu Naidu in Jubilee Hills. (With inputs from internet- AarKay)
