No solution to T issue in one day: Azad

No solution to T issue in one day  AzadUnion Minister and in-charge of the congress affairs in AP Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad declared today that the Telangana issue is not an easy one to be solved in just one day.
 
Speaking to media persons after holding discussions with congress leaders at the Jubilee Hills residence of the PRP chief Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad this evening, Azad said that the sentiments of the people of the two regions, Seema Andhra and Telangana, must be taken into consideration before taking any decision on the issue.
 
Asked about the possible cabinet berth for Chiranjeevi in the next cabinet reshuffle, Azad said Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will take a decision on that issue.
 
Earlier, Azad asked congress leaders of the Telangana region not to precipitate matters by resignations as the T issue is linked to several other states. Speaking to newspersons at the Delhi airport before leaving for Hyderabad, Azad said the Centre would take a decision soon on the issue after considering all pros and cons.
 
Soon after arrival in Hyderabad, Azad drove to the residence of mega star and congress leader Chiranjeevi at Jubilee Hills and held consultations on several issues concerning the state.
 
Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha and PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, former PCC chief D. Srinivas and several congress MLAs of the congress were also present during the meeting.
