Celebrities and their private lives, the Kat-Ranbir romance

A well debated topic is whether celebrities should be left alone or if they are obliged to share their personal lives with the public. Our stars were once as unreachable as the sky they live in. But now, times have raced ahead without a sign of slowing down. Celebrities have been stripped of their starry appeal with the media trying to barge in on their private lives for the sake of exclusive stories.

Priyanka-Chopra

We have come to see them as normal people, leading their personal lives just like us, albeit a little more flamboyantly. And then there are those celebrities who have willingly interacted with fans. The virtual platform has given a great medium for the expressive celebrities to give their fans the real story from the horse's mouth.

Mahesh-Babu-Daughter

Most well known among the 'modern celebrities' are handsome hero Mahesh Babu and the sensuous Priyanka Chopra. Both have been upfront about their day to day lives, giving no chance for misunderstandings. While Priyanka made her hurt and displeasure known at spiteful comments, Mahesh posted a picture of her daughter before her birthday. Taking a leaf from their books, other actors too have clarified their stances through social networking sites.

Simbu-Hansika

The latest to do this is Simbu and Hansika, who have recently tweeted their confirmation about an ongoing relationship. Is is right to pry too much into their lives? Not if the stars themselves value their fans enough to share tid bits every now and then.

Kat-Ranbir

The couple who have not yet taken this advice is definitely Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor, who refuse to talk about what the heck is going on there. They were recently seen sneaking off from a party hosted by Aamir Khan after coming to know that Salman Khan walked into the party. They are giving a lot of fodder for gossip as they have also been clicked at a movie screening of D-Day.

Will they come out and agree to their 'private' affair or won't they?
