Is there a place for an acclaimed artiste in India which does not implicate them and hamper their ideologies with a 'secular tag.' When Unity in diversity is the watch word of Indian democracy, Viswaroopam (in Hindi Viswaroop) row has disturbed the versatile and multitasking actor.

The actor who made this mammoth project possible by taking up various avatars, as producer and a filmmaker, in addition to story writing. He has pledged everything he possess under the sun to make it  possible. Yet the government's decision to defer the release date gives raise to many speculations.

About the impending case the actor has called upon the media to his residence and said that if things do not go well with the film's row this would be his last meeting in his house. The reason being that he would have to fore go it for the sake of the loan. It was a pitiable situation for the project and in such for the versatile persona.

Speaking on the occasion he expressed that he had nothing more to loose and it is time for him to choose an alternative home or in fact an alternative state as he felt in need of a secular state. There is a strong rumor that the controversy has a strong political backup. Who could be behind  this whole issue, is another unanswered question.

However the magnum opus, an espionage thriller with Kamal, Andrea Jeremiah and Pooja Kumar in the lead, surpasses all technical standards and stands tall globally. Viswaroopam shows the universal legend in his full format, in spite of attracting controversies form day one. It is on par with Hollywood and in some sequences has excelled the mentor.
