A Welsh restaurant had accidentally served whiskey to a toddler of just two years who had to be rushed to the hospital immediately to monitoring his condition. The restaurant chain has been apologetic and blamed the mistake on human error.

The incident took place at Frankie and Benny's restaurant in Swansea where Sonny Rees second birthday party was being celebrated, BBC reported. It added that he was taken to the emergency of the hospital after he had consumed Whiskey at the restaurant.
The child's mother who seemed to be extremely worried said that he was making funny faces and was clearly inebriated. She had tasted his drink after she found him making faces. At the hospital, the staff monitored his vital signs and later gave him the all-clear.

On Thursday the chain restaurant, Frankie and Benny's offered the apology saying it was extremely sorry for Saturday's incident. It also assured that the incident would be investigated to prevent similar accidents in the future.
