A 19 year old Indian American student Dharun Ravi was found guitly with biased scare tactics, intrusion of privacy and creating obstacles for prosecution. 

Very recently Ravi was accused with using a webcam to film his roommate Tyler Clementi kissing another male friend.

So afterwards Ravi's roommate Tyler Clementi who found the video so by looking at that he committed the suicide. 

The Star-Ledger reports that the judge said he caught mistakes in the hindering charges. One was a lower grade than it should have been, and two were higher.

Prosecutors are asking to upgrade the one that was too low. But the judge said it might not be fair to make Ravi pay for a mistake he caught.

Well on February 21st Jury selection for Indian American student Dharun Ravi's trial is arranged to start.   (TS)
