 Ratan Tata accepts Nano car mistakes

On Thursday January 5 The head of Tata Group Ratan Tata said that the world's cheapest car Nano has disturbed with some errors, And in due course Nano will prove one of the powerful product.

Well a three years ago the small car Nano which is of $2800 was disclosed as one of the most alternate for Indians for those who choosed to move up from motorcycles. But unfortunately due to production problems, poor marketing and also with technical problems including series of fires in car engine.

As speaking on the sidelines of the Auto Expo show in New Delhi, he added: "I think we wasted an early opportunity but have not, in fact, seen much in terms of competition for the pricing of the car."

Ratan Tata said he was still confident about the car's potential in a country where millions are moving into the middle classes.

Ratan Tata asserted the car is not a flop, though he accepts the company had an insufficient advertising campaign and dealer network early on.

As he said that we never promoted Nano car as poor man's car the reason for bringing Nano into market that it is an affordable, and also a family car, As adding to that "whatever black mark has been affliated to Nano, we will go ahead.
