Digvijay booked for calling Ramdev fraudChief Judicial Magistrate R.C. Malviya of Muzaffarpur in Bihar today accepted a petition against the former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh for calling the yoga guru Baba Ram Dev a fraud.
 
Advocate Sudhir Ojha filed the petition seeking the court to book a case of sedition against Digvijay Singh for allegedly describing the yoga guru as a ‘fraud’. The advocate in his petition asked the court to book the case under sections 154(A) (sedition), 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of the IPC.
 
The Magistrate fixed June 16 as next date of hearing.
