Baba Ramdev said at the press conference today that the Congress is treating him as a criminal and a terrorist. He says that all the 81 cases against him were baseless and result of political vendetta of the Congress Party.

Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev challenges the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand to prove the charges.  He says that a joint press meet can be held with the Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and he is prepared to give answers to all of their allegations.

The 81 cases against Patanjali Yogpeeth belongs to Baba Ramdev are about violation of land laws and evasion of stamp duty.  He objected the Chief Minister’s press conference in which he talked about the cases without verifying the truth.

He says, "It is shameful for a Chief Minister to hold a press conference like a spokesperson without verifying the charges. What sort of message Congress wants to give by appointing a tainted person as CM of a state?”

He also compared Rahul Gandhi as an ant before Himalayan Narendra Modi the BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate. He said that the corrupt Congress party has made another mark by charging a Sadhu with 81 cases that too by a CM who ciphered the donations received from all over the world for the relief of Uttarakhand flood victims.
