Team India enters into World Cup Final 2023:- The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 saw an India vs. New Zealand semi-final, where Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma were on a record-breaking spree. The two of them led the way for India in the match, providing a glimpse of the potential of this team on the international stage. Kohli and Sharma's performance set records in terms of runs scored and partnerships, making it an occasion to remember for many. The magnitude of their accomplishments was remarkable, and the match will certainly be remembered for years to come.

India managed to record the highest total in a World Cup knockout match, which was expected at the ground that has displayed the most difference in the level of bowling friendliness between afternoon and evening throughout the tournament. Going from no swing or seam in the afternoon to noticeable movement in the air and off the surface, followed by unexpected copious spin and no dew, Daryl Mitchell astonished everyone with his 134 off 119, yet Mohammed Shami was able to triumph in the end with 7 wickets for 57 runs.

The top five batsmen in India's side have achieved a higher average than any other team in a single World Cup. However, what has been most remarkable is their commitment to their appointed roles. Rohit's purpose was to maximize the score, while Shuman Gill and Kohli could concentrate on amassing runs. Rohit's individual tally was not the main concern - he was dismissed for 47, when attempting to hit a fifth six, off a Tim Southee delivery. Team India scored 397 for 4 wickets in their 50 overs.

Shami returned to the game and managed to capture three much-deserved wickets, making him the quickest bowler to reach 50 wickets in the World Cup. He also now has the most five-fors and holds India's record for the tournament's best figures. He got the best knock of seven wickets and he was the reason for New Zealand batsmen struggling hard. Shami was awarded with the Player of the Match after India won by 70 runs. India will play finals with the winner of today's semifinal match on Sunday in Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.
