Indian Star Opener Shikhar Dhawan Gets Divorced:- Indian star cricketer and opener Shikhar Dhawan shocked his fans and the fraternity of cricket after he announced a divorce from his wife Ayesha Mukherjee. The duo parted ways after eight years of their married life. Shikhar Dhawan is keen to make his comeback and get placed himself in the T20 World Cup squad that is expected to be announced today. Ayesha Mukherjee is a Melbourne-based boxer and Shikhar Dhawan adopted her two daughters after he got married to her. The duo is also blessed with a son Zoravar. Ayesha took her Instagram page to break the news about their divorce. She changed the name from Ayesha Dhawan to Ayesha Mukerji again.

Shikhar Dhawan and Ayesha got married on October 30th, 2012. Ayesha is born in West Bengal but she moved to Australia at the age of 8 years. She is a trained kickboxer and she was first married to an Australia-based businessman in the past. They are blessed with two daughters Aliyah and Rhea. Shikhar Dhawan was last seen in the field in July this year in the Sri Lankan tour. He has been representing the Indian team from a decade and he turned captain for the recent series with Sri Lanka. There would be a tough fight for the opening slot for the T20 team between Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul.
