PV Sindhu scripts history for India:- Indian ace shuttler PV Sindhu emerged as the first Indian woman to bag two medals in Olympics. After losing the semi-final, PV Sindhu won a bronze medal after she slammed He Bingjiao from China in just 53 minutes. PV Sindhu is the fourth female shuttler to win two Olympic medals across the globe. She is the only woman from India to bag back-to-back medals in two Olympic seasons. Apart from Sindhu, Indian wrestler Sushil Kumar is the only Indian to win two medals in Olympics. The entire nation showered PV Sindhu with wishes and compliments for the achievement.
