Pawan Kalyan to contest from Bhimavaram:- The ongoing electoral battle of Janasena leader Pawan Kalyan is filled with intriguing twists and turns. Various media reports suggest that Pawan will run for the Lok Sabha seat in Kakinada, in addition to another assembly segment. Recently, a significant update regarding the assembly segment Pawan Kalyan will contest has come to light. Former MLA P. Ramanjaneyulu, who has now joined Janasena, was expected to compete from Bhimavaram on behalf of the party. However, during his JSP welcoming event, Ramanjaneyulu surprised everyone with an unexpected announcement. He stated, "You may assume that I joined Janasena to secure the Bhimavaram MLA ticket. But no, Pawan Kalyan garu will be contesting from this constituency."

Pawan Kalyan, visibly pleased, smiled as the senior politician disclosed this information. The audience responded with enthusiastic applause and cheers upon hearing the news. Previously, it seemed likely that Pawan Kalyan would leave Bhimavaram after his defeat in the 2019 elections and instead run for the Kakinada parliamentary seat, as well as possibly the Pithapuram assembly constituency.
