KCR announces Fight against Centre:- Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) is quite aggressive with his campaign in the Telangana Assembly polls. He decided to cover most of the constituencies and is participating in public meetings. During his public meeting in Palamuru district, KCR took a dig on Congress for destroying the district completely. He also slammed the Centre and BJP for ignoring the community of Boyas and not granting them ST status. KCR said that BRS has passed resolutions to support Valmiki Boyas during his speech in Mathkal. "The Centre is not accepting our proposal for the Boyas and BRS will mount pressure on the Centre after the elections" told KCR.

"Congress and TDP governments ignored the long dream of the Bhima Project for the people of this region. The government of BRS constructed a reservoir that provided water for more than two lakh acres. Congress government was focused on giving Rs 200 pensions per person. We will enhance the pension plan to Rs 5000 per person" told KCR during his speech in Mathkal. He then addressed the public crowds in Gadwal and he lauded the speciality of 'Shakti Peetha' in the district. He said that Congress never developed the district with proper funds and ignored the region.

KCR's chopper had a technical problem and he was forced to return back to his farmhouse in Erravalli village. Another chopper was arranged so that KCR completed the scheduled meetings for the day.
