CBI reveals shocking information before the High Court:- CBI on Friday filed an affidavit in Telangana high court on Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail petition. By the order of the Supreme Court, YS Avinash Reddy’s case was presented before the vacation court. CBI has made some shocking comments on Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan. They said, that Jagan was aware of the YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder before 6:15 AM and CBI is not aware from whom he received the information.
CBI asked the court for Avinash Reddy’s custody as he is not cooperating with the inquiry. They also said that they went to Kurnool to arrest him, but returned back because of the presence of a large number of supporters. CBI further stated that YS Avinash was on WhatsApp call from 12:27 to 1:10 on the night Vivekanadan Reddy was murdered. As they need to complete the investigation before June 30th and the deadline is nearing, CBI asked the court for his custody as he skipped attending the inquiry on May 16th and May 19th because of his mother's health.
On Friday, Avinash Reddy left from Pulivendala to Hyderabad along with his mother Sri Lakshmi, who is currently under treatment. On the other side, YS Bhaskar Reddy, father of Avinash has complained of high blood pressure in jail and was shifted to the hospital.
