Special Assembly session for debate on Telangana Bill have started today morning at 9 AM. Firstly Assembly Speaker N Manohar wished all the members of the house happy new year and later oppositions have introduced their resolutions. However Speaker Manohar declined the resolutions and so the opposition leaders have gathered at Speakers podium.

Speaker tried to calm down the members but his attempts weren't fruitful. So Manohar has adjourned the assembly for half an hour.
