Lives of common people go for toss on bandhs

Telangana issue has rocked the political parties yet another time with all party meeting. As expected, a political party called for Telangana bandh. The moment the term 'bandh,' flashes on television screens, so many things scroll on the screens of eyelids of the common people who close their eyes in vain for a few seconds. Right from commuting to offices to meeting old friends or an appointment with doctor, a small bandh call can take things for a toss.

Yes, bandh is undoubtedly a hurdle for common people. You may be heading to visit a dentist and even if you take efforts reaching the clinic, your doctor might not turn up due to the same bandh. Who should be blamed for this? Why is it that middle class people have to suffer all the time? Companies will deduct salaries of employees if they don't attend offices. So, in the name of bandhs, political parties are only grabbing a day's salaries of innocent employees in the twin cities.

In fact, there are obviously n number of ways to express dissatisfaction. Why paralyze the normal life and make the lives of people miserable further? So many questions and the series of questions will have no end. An aged person who prepares bread and omelet on a busy road in the city is also concerned about this bandh. A day's off will leave his young grand children starve the day. Is it all needed for the political parties. At least now say no to bandhs. Support the cause but don't harass the people.
