Taking the cue from the congress MPs and TDP MLAs of the Telangana region who have quit their seats demanding the formation of Telangana state, the two TDP MPs too announced their resignations today.
Speaking to media persons in Delhi soon after their arrival from Hyderabad, TDP MPs Mr Nama Nageswara Rao and Ramesh Rathod said they will submit their resignation letters to the Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar tomorrow. “We will meet the Speaker after 10 am tomorrow and submit our papers,” they said.
Meanwhile, the APSRTC chairman Mr M. Satyanarayana Rao has also put in his papers. He told newspersons in Hyderabad this evening that he has sent his papers to the chief minister Kirankumar reddy.
