Using your non-dominant hand

Using your non-dominant hand

Everyone's generally dominant in one hand and the other hand is a mere accessory that we use for things least or only when the other hand is busy. This disrupts body symmetry and you will slowly lose strength with your left hand. Instead you can become ambidextrous by doing minor works with your left hand often.

Use scissors, toothpicks, and other such equipment that need fine motor work with your left hand, but be careful with hazardous things. Washing, showering, combing, holding glass of water or other such things can be done with left had easily and it helps you use the left hand more often giving you more control over it.

When both the hands are adept at handling things, the differences in your life are large. Great personalities such as Leonardo da Vinci were ambidextrous and they could make the most of their time, thanks to their double-handed skills.
