National Green Tribunal Has A Shock For KTR:- The southern bench of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) based in Chennai shocked KTR after issued notices for the IT Minister along with the government of Telangana. They wanted a committee to examine about the violation of Government Order 111 which protects Himayatsagar and Osmansagar lakes in constructing a farmhouse in the region. KTR is said to have constructed a farmhouse in the region violating the rules in the catchment area. K Ramakrishnan and Saibal Das Gupta were dealing with the issue and are leading the bench. Congress MP A Revanth Reddy filed the petition and the investigation is currently going on. The bench said that the committee should comprise of officials from the Union Ministry of Environment, State Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Forests and Climate Change along with the officials from GHMC and HMDA. The committee will find out if the farmhouse was constructed in the prohibited biodiversity region. The committee will also submit a report to the National Green Tribunal about the measures to be taken to restore the environment and about the compensation to be collected if the construction is illegal.

Dawood Ibrahim was announced as a global terrorist in 2003 by USA and India. Dawood Ibrahim is the main accused in 1993 bomb blast case in Mumbai and is carrying a reward of 25 million USD. Dawood Ibrahim fled to Dubai and then to Pakistan. He is residing in Karachi from the past few years. Dawood Ibrahim hails from Dongri region in Mumbai and his father worked as a head constable in Mumbai Police. The number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan crossed 89,000 and over 1800 people lost their lives because of the deadly virus. The government of Pakistan hasn't made any statement about Dawood Ibrahim infected with coronavirus.

Tirumala Darshan Starts From June 11th Says TTD:- The prestigious Tirumala temple was left closed because of the coronavirus outbreak from the past couple of months. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) said that the Lord Venkateswara temple will be opened for the public from June 11th. TTD Chairman SV Subba Reddy himself announced the news today. A high-level meeting was chaired after which the decision was made. Before this, the Tirumala darshan will start from June 8th for the employees of TTD and their families which is a trial darshan. TTD is expecting large crowds in the coming days and they decided to implement all the guidelines of social distancing and other rules strictly. All the children below 10 years and people above 65 years will not be allowed into the temple premises till the coronavirus scare calms down. The online ticket bookings will open soon. The manual ticket booking will start at the Alipiri entrance from June 11th. Every devotee should pass through thermal screening at the Alipiri gate and all those who report with a temperature above the limit will not be permitted. First Arrest In Kerala's Pregnant Elephant Killing Case:- The whole country was left in deep shock after a pregnant elephant got killed in Kerala after it was fed with crackers stuffed pineapple. Social media burst out with outrage demanding stringent action against the culprits. Even the government of Kerala took things seriously and the investigation was on. A man was arrested for his involvement in the elephant said the Forest Minister of Kerala. This is the first arrest made in this case. The arrested man is said to be a rubber tapper and the search for others is currently on said the Palakkad district police. The arrested man who is in his forties handled the explosives and assisted the others as per the report from the Chief Wildlife Warden Surendra Kumar. The elephant entered into a village near Silent Valley National Park in Pallakad and ate pineapple that is stuffed with firecrackers. The animal died on May 27th in a river. The villagers of this region often use firecrackers and other explosives to protect their fields. The horrific practice is widely condemned. The elephant struggled for over 20 days before it died on May 27th said, experts. The hunt for the other culprits is currently on.

No New Government Schemes For A Year Says Centre:- The Union Finance Ministry said that there would be no new government schemes for a year. This is taken after the coronavirus hit the country badly in all the available ways. All the ministries have been asked to stop new requests for the schemes to the Finance Ministry. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the spending will happen from Prime Minister's Garib Kalyan Package and the announcements that are made under Atmanirbhar Bharat package. Nirmala Sitharaman said that no other scheme would be approved for this financial year. Finance Ministry said "It may be appreciated that in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is unprecedented demand on public financial resources and a need to use resources prudently in accordance with emerging and changing priorities,". Even the approved schemes under the budget of this year will stand suspended said the Finance Ministry. Any exception for these new rules will have to be approved by the Expenditure Department of the country. India recorded the slowest GDP growth in 11 years. The government of India announced a package of Rs 20.97 lakh crore after the coronavirus hit. The total number of coronavirus cases stands at 2,26,770 and India is the seventh worst-hit country in the world because of coronavirus.

Telangana Government Releases New Guidelines For Home Quarantine:- The Telangana government already announced that the lockdown in the state is extended till June 30th and the containment zones would be in strict lockdown. Some new guidelines are issued by the government of Telangana for home quarantine. All the people aged above 55 and kids below ten years should not stay in a house along with a coronavirus infected patient as their health would be in danger. The patient should be kept in a well-ventilated room and should have a personal washroom to be used during this quarantine time. A three-layered mask should be used when someone is approaching the patient and the person should not touch the face of the patient. The clothes used by the coronavirus infected patient should be kept in hot water for 30 minutes before washing. The person should wash the hands before and after meeting the patient for 60 seconds. All the fruits along with beetroot can be served for the patient. Milk and curd are good for health. The tablets prescribed by the doctors should be used by patients without fail.

All the temples, shopping malls and hotels outside the containment zones in Telangana will reopen from June 8th said the government in a statement. The order with fresh guidelines are released by the government of Telangana. Other than gaming zones and theatres, all the other services will reopen from June 8th in Telangana. All the government issued guidelines should be followed strictly. Other activities like educational institutions, metro services, gyms, swimming pools, entertainment parks, bars, sports events, cultural and religious functions will remain prohibited. The Centre already announced lockdown till June 30th and the Telangana government too announced that the state would be under strict lockdown in containment zones till June 30th. The night curfew in Telangana is said to be from 9 PM till 5 AM. Except for hospitals and pharmacies, no shops will be allowed to open in Telangana. All the large public gatherings are prohibited. Marriages and funerals are restricted to 50 and 20 participants.

AP Secretariat Emerges As Coronavirus Hotspot:- The Andhra Pradesh Secretariat is slowly turning out to be the new hotspot of coronavirus. A bunch of new cases are reported which left the premises in panic. 141 new cases are reported in the state in the past one day taking the total to 4112. The total number of deaths in the state are said to be 71 with three new deaths yesterday. One staffer each of the General Administration Department and Agriculture Department are tested positive with coronavirus in AP Secretariat. Another employee who works for the Revenue Principal Secretary is tested positive yesterday. A Special Protection Force constable who is posted on duty at the Legislature building is tested positive with coronavirus. Some of the staff from various departments are asked to work from home. The Secretariat was closed and opened last week after the fourth phase of lockdown came to an end. Most of the staff returned back from Hyderabad after two months. 9600 New Coronavirus Cases In A Day In India:- For the first time, the daily number of new cases crossed 9000 in a day in the country. 9651 new cases of coronavirus are registered yesterday and 270 people passed away due to the deadly virus. This is also the highest death toll in a single day in India. The infections are increasing on a steady pace and India reported the world's third-highest number of cases in a single day. The total number of cases of coronavirus in the country stands at 2,19,117 and the total number of deaths are 6349. Maharashtra is on the top of the list with 2933 cases and Mumbai has 1439 cases with 48 deaths. Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala and Jammu and Kashmir continued to receive a huge number of new cases. Delhi too has a huge number of cases and the infections have seen a rise in the past one week. Delhi had 1359 new cases on Thursday and the total number of cases in Delhi are said to be 25,004. With the country allowed to relax, the number of cases are fastly increasing. The Centre also announced the reopening of shopping malls and temples from June 8th and this would indeed increase the infections.

Shafiya Hashmi, the mother of the infact requested Inder Yadav, the RPF officer on duty for help and the train was on its way to Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. Inder Yadav rushed to the platform when it stopped at Bhopal station.
