More than her name, right from the shoot of the film ‘Dirty Picture’ has been started, till the movie releasing and earning good revenue today, VidyaBalan is being  known as ‘Dirty’ Heroine and even Balan takes this as a compliment. The entire B – Town is going gaga over the outstanding performance of Vidya in the film and says she has carried the film on her shoulder. Even many other well-known heroines of this era complimented on Vidya’s performance in the film and this is a very positive sign, as B – Town is more or less also known for cat fights among the heroines.

Vidya is overwhelmed with this success and says this was expected, ‘the entire team of the film has expected this success. I am glad that people accepted me in such a bold role and they have seen not me, but Silk Smitha in the role. From the day of Movie released till date, my Mobile has not stopped ringing with congratulatory messages and calls.  People are even comparing me with legends like Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit, as of now I don’t think I am even comparable with such a great actresses, but I can say I have went a step ahead and experimented with the role and the film that worked positive this time.’

When asked about Vidya getting married to her boyfriend Siddarth Roy Kapoor, she says, ‘as of now, I am not ready for marriage. It is not that I plan my personal life according to my professional success or failure, it is just I and Siddarth are not ready for marriage as of now. Marriage can wait for some more time’, says the Bold Actress.
