Certain films create news after the release, some after the shooting is completed and few films, even before they start their shooting. Producer Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Dirty Picture’ starring Vidya Balan, Naseeruddin Shah, Tusshar Kapoor, that is made based on the real life story of Actress Silk Smitha, was in news right from the movie was launched. The film went on floors four days ago. And, another news. The first day of the shoot went on for more than 16 hours. As per the film workers union, a technician is not supposed to work beyond eight hours a day. And the very first day, ‘Dirty Picture’ has violated this rule.

Even though the breaks are given, rule regarding the work timing is a rule. The situation became so serious that the concerned person from film workers association had to come to the location to stop the shoot for that day. Even then, the Director of the film took 15 minutes of extension to complete the scene. The film makers were asked to not to repeat such kind of situations again.

While Ekta Kapoor was not available for a comment, sources say that the Heroine of the film ‘Vidya Balan’ got very upset with this situation, do not know how many more incidents happen related to this ‘Dirty Picture’.
