Next Web reports iOS7 and iPhone 6 online

Apple fanboys have a news that would over joy them or disappoint them depending on how they take the news. Online reports of app logs that belong to an iPhone 6 have surfaced and confirmed by identifiers that the reports came from the Cupertino campus belonging to Apple. The IP address clearly is from the makers itself and the news can be genuine.

The bad part of the news is that the latest version of the phone released only a couple of months ago in most parts of the world including India and upgrading to the next version within a short period of time is not easy money. It might make most users regret their decision of getting the Apple iPhone 5 rather than waiting for the next one if it were coming out very soon.

Identifiers on the web pointed out to the phone as iPhone 6,1; similar to the nomenclature of the iPhone 5 which was known by identifiers like iPhone 5,1 and iPhone 5,2 for LTE model and 4G band model respectively.

There were also hints of iOS 7, the possibly next OS for the Apple OS. The articles suggested that the phone was under development and that the app logs were on the web trying to find apps performing well with the latest OS. Specs of the devices are currently unknown at this point.

A Chinese news site earlier claimed that a new iPhone would be developed in December and would finish the development as early as March 2013. After all it was not false with the current update. This would also mark the fastest update to the iPhone after iPhone 5 in less than 6 months.
