Enforcement Directorate [ED] has summoned Black money holder Radha Timblo following the episode of her name appearing the black money holders list which was submitted by NDA government to the Supreme Court. ED issued summons to the then director of Timblo Pvt Ltd and Timblo Enterprises.
This is the first reaction from the ED on the black money holders. It also served notice to 16 iron ore trading companies in Goa. The NDA government has submitted about 627 names of black money holders in a sealed cover but did not reveal the names. The Supreme Court has adjourned the case.
