Ahead of the budget, Minister of Railways has officially joined Facebook and Twitter yesterday. Union Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda launched the Railway ministry accounts. The Railway budget which will be presented today in the Parliament will be made public in Facebook and Twitter as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's idea to be IT-enabled.
