Former Praja Rajyam Party [PRP] spokesperson Parakala Prabhakar has been appointed as Andhra Pradesh government's Media advisor. Prabhakar earlier worked as BJP spokesperson and in 2008 he joined Chiranjeevi's Praja Rajyam Party. Later in 2009 he quit politics. With this appointment, Prabhakar will be given the cabinet category provisions. Prabhakar is none other than Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's husband.
