Parliament Affairs minister Venkaiah Naidu has informed that the Parliament Budget sessions are scheduled from July second week. There are 60 bills pending in Rajya Sabha and all the bills will be taken up in this session. Andhra Pradesh will be given priority and the capital will be announced once the Sivaramakrishnan committe submits its report, added Venkaiah.
