Surprise IT Raids Continue In Telangana:- The Income Tax officials have conducted surprise raids on several businessmen and politicians of Telangana in the recent weeks. Last week, Telangana minister Malla Reddy and his premises were raided for three days. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) made public comments that the Centre has targeted the leaders and the businessmen associated with the politicians in Telangana. Today, the Income Tax officials conducted surprise raids on several real estate tycoons. As per the reports four top realtors Sumadhura Group, Vasavi Builders, Phoenix Group and Vamsiram Builders were raided. The raids are conducted in the premises along with the residences of the all the owners and officials associated with these real estate firms.
Vamsiram Builders who are apart of several top construction projects of the state are raided. The raids are conducted in Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Nellore. The raids are conducted in the residence of Subba Reddy, the Chairman of Vamsiram Builders and his brother-in-law Janardhan Reddy in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills Road no 45. The raids are currently going on in 15 locations. Surprise raids are conducted in Vijayawada too in the residence and premises of YSRCP leader Devineni Avinash. He has been under scanner in some of the financial transactions after which he was raided.
