Why Is Modi Running Away From No-Confidence Motion?:- After Andhra Pradesh badly ignored in granting special status category as promised by BJP, TDP and YSRCP decided to move on with no-confidence motion in Parliament. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan revealed that they would need a clear day without protests so that the no-confidence motion can be taken up. For three days in a row, the house has been adjourned because of the ruckus created by TRS and AIADMK leaders in the house. However one feels that BJP is behind these protests and they are not in a mood to go with no-confidence motion despite of having full majority.

Even after several opposition parties supporting no-confidence motion, BJP has good majority and can win. Still Modi and his team are not in a mood to answer or stand in the debate regarding the special status category for AP. They even feel that several other issues which are under discussion will bring out the pressure on the ruling party. Modi also has been closely following the updates that are happening in AP and he knows that the people of Andhra Pradesh are not ready for any other explanation. It is the responsibility of BJP Government to make the house run smooth but the government seems to be least bothered about this. Narendra Modi and his government are running away from the no-confidence motion.
