Men or women are not born criminal, but are made so. The situations they face might have played a key role in their life, making them commit crime with no other option left.

But once they are out of it, it does not mean, they still travel with the same mentality. They might repent on the crime they committed and might be willing to start a fresh life.

Encourage such people to come into the world otherwise, they will worsen their lives more, which in turn creates a disturbance to the society too.
