As expected, Andhra Pradesh government issued the orders, certain officials working as competent authorities in its Land Pooling Scheme, in the AP Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA), as being competent to perform all functions of Collector under the Land Acquisition Act.
 
According to the Government Order (GO) issued, “the officials are designated as Special Deputy Collectors (Land Acquisition) competent to perform all the functions of Collector under the said Act, within their jurisdictions.”
 
As of now, the AP government already collected 33 acres of land for the AP capital construction and other 3000 acres of land is yet to be collected. Regarding this, the opposition parties and also Janasena party president Pawan Kalyan is opposing the land pooling. Going a step further, Pawan Kalyan even said to meet all the farmers very soon.
 
After several tweets on the land pooling, Pawan finally said, at least not to implement land acquisition in multi cropped lands like Bethapudi, Undavalli etc. In fact, all such farmers raised a protest against AP government for announcing the notification and performed ‘Paalabhishekam’ to Pawan Kalyan, for his concern over the farmers.

AP government least concerned about Pawan Kalyan

In this situation, it seems, TDP is not at all concerned about Pawan Kalyan, who is considered to be the prime reason for TDP victory in the 2014 elections and so going forward to implement the land acquisition act at any cost.
