Loksatta JP open challenge to AP CM

Dr Jayaprakash Narayan, ex Kukatpally MLA, has shot straight questions to the AP CM, who is being accused of playing the vital role in the ‘note for vote’ scandal in the MLC elections.

Right from the day, Revanth Reddy was caught red handed in ‘note for vote’ scandal, all the opposition parties, be it TRS or YSRCP, targeted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu alleging that, he is the key person behind the scam.

Now it is the turn of JP, to attack Naidu regarding the scam. On Tuesday, reacting to the issue, JP questioned Naidu through the media.

Questions asked by JP

"1.Did your M.L.A offer Rs. 5 crores to buy another M.L.A's Vote?

2. If he did, was he following your instructions?

3. If he did on his own, why did you not take any action so far ?

4. You said that, the voice in the phone conversation leaked by the TRS government is fabricated. If the voice is proved to be not done so, ARE YOU READY TO RESIGN ?"

Politics practiced as commerce- JP

JP said that, Revanth Reddy case is a perfect proof to say that, politics is practiced as a commerce, demanding for the debarring of TDP leader, Revanth Reddy.

Andhra Wishesh view:

Buying the votes of MLAs for council and Rajya Sabha has become a tradition. As Revanth Reddy is caught, he is targeted, but there are many other leaders who are playing the same game, underground. So only the fate can decide the day, as it happened in case of Revanth Reddy.
