Telangana government has put a special concentration on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and is leaving no chance of booking him red handed.
After Revanth Reddy’s scam issue, the dual state officials are cornering Naidu and exploring all the ways to find out, whether he had any relation with the scam. Regarding this, a few of the TDP officials are doubting that, the CM’s phone might be tapped by the Telangana officials. On the other side, it was also heard that, they might not dare to tap the phone of a Chief Minister as it would cause many legal issues later, but there might be an every chance of tapping all the close circles of him.
If the reports are to be believed, the intention behind tapping the phones is to know that, who are contacting Naidu regularly, and to whom are they calling through the same phone after speaking to him, which calls are very frequent and many other details as such.
Strong reasons behind the doubt:
The doubt of phone tapping is not just guessed on air, but many incidents prove that, the phones might be tapped. A few of the incidents are, When a senior IPS officer in the AP police department called up another police, the caller tune referred to the Telangana police tune, but the person, who picked up the call is an AP official. Then, the senior official immediately contacted BSNL regarding the caller tune, but no such clarity was found with the information they gave.
Clarity on phone tapping
So, the official, who is not satisfied with the information, started investigating the case on his own. He then clarified that, not only the close circles of Naidu, even a few of the AP ministers phones have been tapped.
As the dual state telephone operators are at Telangana itself, there would be more scope for the Telangana government officials to tap the phones. On the other side, the AP police took the issue seriously, and opined that, it is illegal to tap the phones of the senior officials of the state. Therefore, the police wanted to collect the perfect proofs regarding the tapping of the phones and then come out.
