This may sound weird but it is actually true. Ever since Telangana Bill was introduced in Assembly, members of the house have created ruckus and halted the assembly proceedings. Speaker Nadendla Manohar tried every possible way to initiate the discussion but all went in vain. So not to delay any further, Speaker Manohar organized a BAC meeting even then it ended without a proper decision. However, the Seemandhra region MLAs who held an all party meeting yesterday decided to allow the debate and also to reject the bill unitedly.

Speaker Manohar is also hopeful that debate will begin today and so he cancelled the Q&A session from today. Overall, we might witness a peaceful and healthy debate on Telangana Bill. Fingers crossed!
