Telangana may Compel Early Elections!

Process of Telangana carving from AP may compel the Government to go for early elections as predicted by Union Minsiter and NCP leader Sharad Pawar.

While talking to the media representatives on Saturday after attending an official program conducted by Maharashtra Government, Sharad Pawar said that the issue of Telangana now has become a stalemate.  He said MPs may resign en masse that will force the Government to go for early elections as far as he reckons the political situation in the Counrty.

He said that most of the MPs belong to AP are willing to resign from their Membership in the Parliament.  If it happens, he says, Elections will be held by the Government prior to the date it has to.  Sharad Pawar said that his party will support Congres Party but personally he is not interested anymore to contest for Loksabha.  He revealed his intension to enter Rajyasabha.

As a supporter of Congress party and as a senior political leader, political analysts are taking the words of Sharat Pawar as the right prediction.  But as per the latest statement of Digvijay Singh, elections will be held in the two bifurcated States!
