Sreesanth's arrest a mistake?

Sreesanth's lawyer Deepak Prakash says that it is a mistaken identity and wrongful arrest in case of Sreesanth.  As per him, Delhi police have wrong information and they held a wrong person as a result.

Sreesanth the pacer and player in Rajashtan Royals in IPL was arrested by Delhi Police for cheating and criminal conspiracy along with two more cricketers of Rajastan Royals and 11 bookes who were conducting bets by spot fixing.

Delhi police say that Sreesanth and Ankeet Chavan confessed their involvement in the crime where as Deepak Prakash says that whatever police say has no value.  The players’ admission in court makes difference.  Sreesanth, the lawyer says, is not going to confess.  He will certainly fight it out.

The lawyer ruled out that Sreesanth used towel to signal.  He says that the match was going on at 4.00pm and in that weather 90% of the players use towels and using a towel is not a crime and towels are kept there only to be used when needed.
