When would opposition parties stop taking on ruling parties?

Did Congress leaders looted the public money in the name of Jalayagnam? These could be just allegations made by Chandrababu Naidu, the opposition leader and TDP supremo to all those who apparently knew that Congress in the state had been trying its best for bringing welfare activities in the public after the demise of YS Rajashekara Reddy but for the opposition parties, these allegations could be target point to come back to power.

Why is it that opposition parties always try to take on the ruling parties to come back to power? Can't they stop throwing mud at each other and rather focus on developmental activities, these are some apparent questions that engages the minds of common people. Instead of criticizing the ruling parties, opposition parties can themselves spring into action and do some developmental activities such as laying down the roads and something of the sort. This would not only help the people, but would make people think about that particular party or person, said observers. That's how opposition parties should exert pressure on the ruling party and not by criticizing them round the clock, observers.

People will presumably welcome the change only when they see some developmental activities from the opposition side not mere criticism. Let us hope that our opposition leaders stop taking on the ruling party leaders.
