Power outage ruins chances of industrial survival

The state industrial association held the state government for the erratic power outage that prevails in the state. The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Industry (FAPI) felt that the state government was incapability resulted in the power crisis in the state. The FAPI that met today in the city discussed the various issues of competency faced by the industrial segment due to the power outage.

FAPI President B V Rama Rao and the former President of the association Vijay Kumar squarely blamed the state government for the present crisis. FAPI also accused the government of exorbitant hikes in the power bills, inspite of erratic power. They also said that most industries and workforce would be jobless if such crisis continues. FAPI also asked the government to declare moratorium on bank loans taken by the industry, as survival has become impossible with the crisis. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
