A Spice Jet flight to Vijayawada has landed safely after making the passengers panic for about half-an-hour. The domestic carrier didn’t land on time even after it reached Vijayawada. The flight was in the air for more nearly 30 minutes since the pilot had difficulty in landing at Gannavaram Airport due to unfavorable atmosphere.
After a couple of minutes, the climatic conditions supported the landing of flight and passengers reportedly took deep breathe after safe-landing. Minister Kanna Lakshminarayana and MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao were aboard on this flight.
They were, however, not available to the media to talk on the issue. It may be noted that the duo were not in the news for past five days. Now that the flight landing issue came into the news, we got to know that Kanna and Kavuri are in Vijayawada now. It looks like the duo will take part in the by-election campaign. (Phani)
