Telugu Desam Party seems to be slowly moving away from NTR Jr. Notably, the young actor and the son-in-law of NTR campaigned aggressively in 2009 elections for TDP. The latest episode of decline of image of Vallabhaneni Vamshi in TDP proves that the gap between NTR Jr and TDP is apparently escalating.  It is known that Vallabhaneni Vamshi, who is close friend of NTR, was given show cause notice for shaking hands with the arch rival of TDP, YS Jaganmohan Reddy.

Sources close to TDP have said that Chandrababu Naidu told the TDP leaders-in an internal meet-which only Balakrishna would campaign for the party and NTR Jr would not be asked to take part in the election campaign. The sources have also said that NTR Jr was asking his loyalists to work against the interests of the party.

NTR's fans get hate messages against NTR Jr:

The sources have also said that the fans of NTR family have been getting hate messages on their mobiles against actor NTR Jr. The message was something like this-- The real heir of NTR is 'Simha' Balakrishna and not Junior NTR. Don't watch his movie Dammu."

Meanwhile, Vijayawada Urban Unit of the party held a meet with Kodali Nani, who happens to be another loyalist of NTR Jr.

All these things indicate that TDP is keeping away NTR Jr. from the party affairs. (Phani)
