Changing people is not solution to problem: Chiru

The Congress MP, Chiranjeevi has said that one cannot find solutions to problems by shuffling people. He said this as a response to one of the questions asked by a reporter at Tirupati on Sunday. It may be noted that a reporter asked Chiranjeevi whether the Congress high command would change the chief minister in the wake of the report submitted by the union minister Vayalar Ravi.

It may be recalled that the union minister Vayalar Ravi was deputed by the AICC to look into the party matters of the state ahead of by-polls and internal split. After meeting several leaders, Vayalar has left for Delhi and submitted his report. On the other hand, sources said that the high command decided to change the top leadership in the state after by-polls.

Chiranjeevi has said that Vayalar Ravi arrived in the state only to strengthen the party and bring in coordination between the leaders. Chiru has opined that Congress was strong enough and the party needed more co-ordination. He has exuded confidence that Congress party would come out with flying colours in the by-polls to 18 assembly constituencies. People would identify the efforts of Congress party in implementing the developemental programmes, he added.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi-who stepped down as Tirupati legislator-would swear in as the Rajya Sabha member on Tuesday in Delhi.
