The Hyderabad police on Monday arrested a junior actress in the Banjara hills range. The Actress is accused of brothel acts. Tara Chowdhary is also accused of forcing girls to take up the profession, for favors in films. One such girl from Vishakhapatnam had lodged a complaint on the actress, that Tara was forcing her to do flesh trade. Under the prevention of immoral trafficking act, Police booked her along with a pimp for running a brothel.

The actress had acted in several small roles in films like Adrusyam, Rakshakudu, Priya Sakhi and Love ticket. She acted in many films with actor Rajasekhar, as his sister in many of his movies. On two or more occasions earlier she was arrested on similar accusations. In all the arrests, she was let out after high level interferences were recommended. Not enough that she was into the trade, she had also encouraged gullible young girls who aspired to be actress in the tinsel; world. Police booked her along with a pimp for running a brothel.
