Pulivendula YSR Congress party MLA Ms YS Vijayamma today wrote to the Speaker Nadendla Manohar seeking a chamber for her MLAs in the assembly.

In her letter, she also requested Manohar to allot quarters in Hyderabad for her as an MLA. She submitted the letter in the office of the Speaker after attending the assembly session for a while in the morning hours.

Later, the congress MLAs loyal to Jagan also met the Speaker and requested him orally to allot them a chamber as they are continuing as YSR Congress MLAs. Manohar promised to consider their demand.

Pro-Jagan MLAs Sobha Nagi Reddy, Mekapati Chandrasekhara Reddy, Gurunath Reddy and Balaraju were among those who met the Speaker.  (JUBS)
