State working committee of Lok Satta meets at Kakinada today

State working committee of Lok Satta meets at Kakinada todayThe Lok Satta party headquarters said that the Party working committee would be meeting at Kakinada today to discuss various issues taken decided at the Ongole meeting held earlier.

As per a party release the State Working Committee of the Lok Satta Party is meeting at Kakinanda in East Godavari district on October 22 and 23, with Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan, party President, in the chair. The committee will finalize institutional arrangements for implementing the action plan drawn up on its fifth anniversary at Ongole earlier this month, said party General Secretary Katari Srinivasa Rao.

The party formed out of a movement to raise the voice of the commoner in concern for the issues all of us faced is Lok Satta founded by Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan an IAS officer. Lok Satta has a variety of political goals, including political, economic, and social equality for all people; making citizens the centre of governance, and to reform the government to make it less corrupt and more accessible and responsible to the people.
