The CBI court at Nampally in Hyderabad today adjourned to September 29 hearing on the CBI petition that sought the custody of arrested mining mafia don Mr, Gali Janardhan reddy and his brother in law, Mr Srinivasa Reddy.
The CBI sought their custody for interrogating them for extracting more information for their involvement in the illegal mining case registered against them.
It might be recalled that the court adjourned its decision on their bail petition also to September 29 and it will hear both the petitions on that day. The lawyers of Gali Janardhan Reddy and Srinivasa reddy could not attend the court to defend their clients due to the continuous boycott of the courts by the Telangana lawyers as part of the mass general strike.
