Except for three ministers, all other ministers of the Telangana region today attended a cabinet meeting held at the camp office of chief minister Kirankumar reddy this evening.

Ministers Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, Shankar Rao and Saraiah absented from the meeting held after a gap of two months. It was also for the first time that a cabinet meeting was held at the camp office of the chief minister.

While Komati Venkata Reddy announced openly he would not attend the meeting on the issue of Telangana, Shankar Rao said he could not go because of a sore eye. The reasons for the absence of Saraiah are not known.

Reports said that the Telangana ministers requested the CM to hold the meeting at the camp office and not in the secretariat to facilitate their presence.
