The pleas for filing three FIRs against the noted activist turned politician Arvind Kejriwal, Baba Ramdev and lawyer Prashant Bhushan were dismissed by a trial court. The plea for filing an FID was made by a law student Vibhor Anand, a law student after the trio allegedly made defamatory remarks against the parliamentarians and supporting the referendum on Jammu and Kashmir.

The magistrate of the metropolitan court, Purushottam Pathak has rebutted all three complaints which sought the registration of an FIR at with the Delhi Police against Kejriwal, Ramdev and Bhushan charging them with sedition.

"Complaints against Arvind Kejriwal and Ramdev are dismissed. Complaint against Prashant Bhushan is also dismissed," the court said.

Anand earlier said that statements made by Kejriwal at Ghaziabad rally have sparked a political storm when he mentioned that the Parliament was filled with "murderers, rapists and dacoits."

Anand fired up against Bhushan alleging that he supported plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir apart from seeking withdrawal of the Army from the valley.

“Ramdev also called the parliamentarians “dacoits and murderers”, which accounts to sedition”, Anan said.  "There are good people among the parliamentarians and he respected them. But there are (also) dacoits, murderers, illiterates among them. We have to save Parliament. We have to remove corrupt people." Ramdev baba earlier said.

Anand would seek the intervention of higher courts to continue the case until justice is meted out.
