Not even a week has passed after Arvind Kejriwal had been distanced by Anna Hazare, the anti-corruption crusader. Talking at the protests at Janta Mantar against the high power tariffs Arvind said that within three-four months Anna would be back by their side.a

He said that, "he will come back in three-four months once he sees our honest and dedicated work”.

"Everybody's been saying Anna's left us. Anna has not left us, he's in our hearts. He just thinks politics is dirty. We think there's no option but to enter and do a cleanup. We have immense respect for Anna," Mr Kejriwal said"I've been forced to enter politics. I'm not doing it out of choice," he added.

At the protests he had said that government and private discoms were looting the people and not helping them.

Anna Hazare, less than a week ago had forbid Kejriwal and team from using his name or picture for promoting the party. Anna and erstwhile Team-Anna members had split up with Arvind Kejriwal after his decision to start a political party as an alternative for the people.

The protest he has started at Jantar Mantar seems to be his prologue to the soon to come party which would contest in the Assembly Elections next month against Sheila Dikshit. He has mentioned that he would have Anna Hazare in his heart always and that he was his guru. He emphasized that he was forced to clean up the muddled politics by entering it since he saw no other route. “I have not come here by choice”, he said.

Besides Mr Kejriwal, other prominent activists who attended today's protest were Prashant Bhushan, Manish Sisodia, Kumar Vishwas and Sanjay Singh.
